QCW Thin Plate Handheld Laser Welder Air Cooled

The KT-ACW QCW Thin Plate Handheld Laser Welder delivers exceptional precision for thin-plate welding with minimal heat impact. Powered by a QCW (Quasi Continuous Wave) fiber laser, this equipment achieves a focus spot diameter nearly one-third that of traditional YAG welders, making it ideal for fine, high-accuracy applications. Its air-cooled design eliminates the need for water systems, xenon lamps, or crystal rods, resulting in a compact, low-maintenance, and energy-efficient solution. With a photoelectric conversion efficiency above 30% and power consumption only 1/10 that of conventional laser welders, the KT-ACW is both cost-effective and environmentally friendly. Its compact footprint—only one-quarter the size of YAG systems—allows flexible integration into production lines or automation systems.
