Recently, our company welcomed two clients from Bangladesh to our factory for an on-site visit and technical evaluation of industrial marking equipment. The visit focused on exploring suitable marking solutions for their production requirements and gaining a deeper understanding of different marking technologies.
During the visit, our sales and technical teams introduced both laser marking machines and pneumatic marking machines, providing detailed explanations of their working principles, application ranges, and technical advantages. The clients were guided through the equipment showroom and sample display area, where various marking demonstrations were carried out on different materials and components.
To help the clients better understand the differences between the two technologies, our engineers demonstrated the distinct marking effects produced by fiber laser marking and pneumatic dot peen marking. The laser marking system showcased high-speed, high-precision, non-contact marking with clear and durable results, while the pneumatic marking machine demonstrated deep, permanent marking suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications and traceability requirements.
In addition to observing the demonstrations, the clients also operated the machines themselves under the guidance of our technicians. Through hands-on testing and sample evaluation, they gained practical experience with the equipment performance, operating process, and marking quality.
